Mc Shipping Tiers — book cover
01

WCES

Mc Shipping Tiers

A complete shipping rate engine and carrier system for WooCommerce. Configure realistic shipping costs per zone, manage every courier you ship with, and bring tracking visibility across every customer touchpoint.

Flex Rates Carriers Tracking
Flex rate engine

A complete shipping rate engine for stores that have outgrown WooCommerce's built-in flat rates. Configure costs that reflect what fulfilment genuinely costs your business — by zone, with fixed, incremental, or hybrid pricing models, and with combination logic that resolves how multiple rates apply when more than one matches. Each rate can respond to cart value, weight, item count, item dimensions, or volume, with conditional thresholds — so charges remain appropriate whether the order is a single light envelope or a palletised shipment. Tax can be applied or excluded per rate, with full control over calculation method.

Custom carriers

Manage every courier your business works with as a fully-configured carrier — each with its own tracking link template and shipping zone availability. Unlike plugins that hard-code a fixed list of supported couriers, the system lets you add regional, national, or specialty carriers without restriction. Link handling and template validation happen behind the scenes, so customer-facing tracking always resolves correctly. Carrier display labels are fully customisable, letting storefront language stay consistent with your brand.

Multi-surface tracking

Once tracking information is added to an order, it appears everywhere customers and staff need to see it — through a dedicated shipping notification email (its own WooCommerce email with a customisable subject and heading), the customer's account pages, your order documents such as invoices and packing slips, the admin order list, and the order detail screen. There's no need for additional plugins, shortcodes, or manual integration. Each touchpoint can be enabled, disabled, and rebranded independently, all from a single settings panel — building a consistent post-purchase experience that reduces support enquiries and strengthens customer confidence.

An entry-level shipping setup that builds on WooCommerce's native zones — available free from the WordPress.org plugin directory. Capped at two shipping methods and two tracking carriers, with WooCommerce's native tax applied to every rate.

Free WordPress.org 2 methods · 2 carriers
Up to two shipping methods

Configure up to two shipping methods alongside WooCommerce's native shipping zones — enough to cover a primary domestic option and a secondary express or international one. Each method carries the full tiered rate engine, so even within the two-method limit costs can reflect cart value, weight, item count, dimensions, or volume. Suitable for stores before complex multi-channel shipping becomes necessary.

Up to two tracking carriers

Manage up to two custom couriers — each with its own tracking link template and zone availability — and surface tracking information on order emails, customer account pages, and the admin order screens. Enough to cover most single-region setups before a wider carrier mix becomes necessary.

Native WooCommerce tax

Shipping rates use WooCommerce's standard tax configuration, with no per-rate overrides or custom tax percentages. Preserves familiar admin workflows and storefront behaviour, and keeps tax handling consistent with the rest of the store.

Mc Import/Export — book cover

WCPI

Mc Import/Export

Move products, customers, and orders into and out of WooCommerce at scale. Scheduled background imports, full rollback support, and reliable handling of large catalogues — built for stores that have outgrown the native importer.

Multi-Entity Scheduled Rollback
Multi-entity import & export

Move products, customers, and orders in and out of WooCommerce in bulk — not just product rows. The export covers every product type your store uses, customer accounts with their full billing and shipping details, and complete order records including line items, payments, and totals. Whether migrating from another platform, syncing with an ERP, or running large-scale catalogue updates, the entire commerce data set is accessible. Full compatibility with WooCommerce's modern High-Performance Order Storage ensures reliable performance even on stores with extensive order history.

Scheduled imports

Upload a CSV file, choose when it should run, and the import proceeds in the background. The system processes large files in controlled cycles, automatically resuming where it left off — so substantial catalogue updates complete reliably without monitoring. A single admin page surfaces what's queued, what's currently running, and what's recently completed, with controls to run immediately, modify scheduling, or remove pending jobs. Ideal for overnight runs, recurring price refreshes, or coordinating updates around peak retail hours.

Rollback & audit log

Every import and export is logged in detail — which records were affected, which fields changed, by which user, and when. If an import introduces unexpected results, the entire run or just the affected batch can be rolled back in a single click, with the system tracking exactly what was created and what was updated. Logs can be filtered by date range, outcome, entity type, or import reference, and exported for audit trails, internal review, or hand-off to a developer.

A foundation for product catalogue management — standard imports and exports through CSV, available free from the WordPress.org plugin directory.

Free WordPress.org
Product import & export

Bring product catalogues into WooCommerce or export them out using standard CSV files. Covers core product fields with reliable field mapping, and supports the most common product identifiers for matching against existing records.

Manual import processing

Run imports immediately when triggered from the admin panel. Full control over when changes take effect — suitable for ad-hoc catalogue updates and one-time data migrations.

Standard format compatibility

Works with the CSV format produced by WooCommerce, common spreadsheet applications, and many other commerce platforms — without a proprietary file structure or pre-processing requirement.

Mc Pricing Rules — book cover
03

WCEC

Mc Pricing Rules

Built for stores serving both B2B and B2C customers — with distinct pricing, policies, and storefront behaviour for each. A complete rules engine plus a customer-facing B2B portal handling inquiries and quotes, all configured from a single settings page.

B2B + B2C B2B Portal Store Rules
Store Rules

A single Store Rules engine governs pricing and checkout policy from one visual builder. Each rule pairs the conditions you define — customer, purchase history, timing, and cart state — with the outcome you intend, from a price adjustment to a change in payment behaviour. It determines automatically where each rule applies — across the catalogue or within the cart — and resolves overlapping rules through tiered logic and defined precedence.

Pricing groups & tier prices

Define unlimited customer groups, each with its own complete price table — regular pricing, sale pricing, and quantity-based tier pricing per product. Groups can represent retail tiers, distributor levels, regional pricing, or any segmentation your business needs. The underlying data structure is built for clean migration, so prices can be imported from spreadsheets or another platform through WCPI without manual remapping. Default retail and wholesale groups remain available for existing setups, with full flexibility to add custom groups as the business evolves.

B2B portal

A dedicated B2B section inside the customer's account area, with two distinct channels — general messaging and formal quote requests. Business customers can submit inquiries about their account, tax details, or specific products, or request a quote with their target price and quantity. The admin side mirrors this in a unified inbox showing company information alongside each thread, ticket aging for service prioritisation, and a clear status workflow from initial submission through to closure. Accepted quotes generate direct checkout links that lock in the agreed price and reserve stock for an agreed period — turning a negotiation into a frictionless purchase.

Checkout policies & smart coupons

Establish payment methods, purchase behaviour, document defaults, and tax presentation on a per-customer-group basis, or apply policies globally across the store. Standard WooCommerce coupons gain enhanced restriction logic that targets specific customer groups, B2B approval states, or any combination — so a promotion can redeem only for approved business customers, only for retail buyers, or any precise audience you define. The result is a checkout experience tailored to how each segment of your customer base actually buys.

An introduction to customer-segmented pricing in WooCommerce — two custom groups and up to four Store Rules, available free from the WordPress.org plugin directory.

Free WordPress.org 2 groups · 2+2 rules
Customer pricing groups

Define up to two custom pricing groups, each with its own complete price table. A foundation for stores beginning to differentiate retail from trade pricing, or experimenting with structured customer segmentation.

Store Rules

Up to four Store Rules from the same visual builder as Pro — two applied across your catalogue, two within the cart. Rules respond to customer identity, purchase history, and cart state, applying the price adjustments you need; payment-behaviour outcomes are reserved for Pro. Enough to model a retail-versus-trade split or a targeted promotion before a wider strategy becomes necessary.

B2B registration form

Customer-facing registration fields for company name, tax identifier, and trade-account details. Captures the information needed to onboard business customers from day one, without additional plugins or custom development.

Native price fallback

Customers without an assigned pricing group default to WooCommerce's standard price fields. The storefront continues operating as expected for non-segmented shoppers, allowing partial rollouts without disruption.

Pricing

Per-plugin, or all three.
